サムのアメリカ土産のドライクランベリーと黒糖がどっさり！
シナモンも一緒にいれて最後にきな粉をかけるんだって♪
食文化というのは国によってかなり違うもの。
でもおいしいものを食べておいし〜と分かち合えるのは万国共通。
一緒に話しながら笑いながら食べることってシナモンやきな粉に勝る
料理をおいしくする最大のスパイスかもね！

Hi, this is Yumi.
Today I made a baked apple with Sam who has stayed U-en 2 or 3 times.
He is famous in that his Japanese is better than native Japanese! hahaha
First, we scooped out the flesh of an appel.
Then we put dried cranberries and brown sugar lump into it.
Putting cinnamon is also a good idea!
Ah! Sam told me toasted soybean flour makes baked apple taste more Japanese!
