今日はランチタイムに由苑の近くにあるお蕎麦屋さんに行ったど〜！
雰囲気のある店内、そして繊細なお蕎麦・・・めっちゃいいかんじ☆

玉造には本格的なお店がいっぱいあるんだな〜。
最近由苑のスタッフとしてこの街をもっと知りたい！！！って思ってきたのです！
チャリんこでうろうろしてるとおもしろそうなお店がいっぱい♪

ゲストの方やこのブログを見て下さる方にこの街のおもしろさが伝われば最高っす！！！

I went to Soba restaurant ,which is near our guest house,
for lunch today !
The atmosphere of this restaurant is very nice
and the taste of Soba was fantastic!!!!
(By the way, Soba is made of buckwheat.)

In Tamatukuri area, there are many interesting restaurants and stores.
I hope i can introduce them for our guests and for people
who are reading this .
I will explore this area more to be a well-informed U-en's staff!

由苑の入ってる地域交流スペース『結』からの発信。
『玉造街歩きMAP』を作ろうと奮闘しています。

このMAPを持って、たくさんの人が玉造を歩いてもらえたら。
今まで知られていなかった場所やお店を知ってもらえたら。
そして、少しでも玉造を好きになってもらえたら。

住んでるくせに知らないことがいっぱい。
『玉造』という地名の由来なんて。歴史名所なんて。

自分が居る場所のこと、もっといっぱい知らなくちゃ。
そして、それを知ってもらえるように。
たくさんの人が通い合う、活気ある街になったら。

それが、ココに居させてもらっている少しの恩返しになるように。

We are making a TAMATSUKURI MAP for walking.

With this map, if more people could walk around Tamatsukuri.
If more poeple could know about nice places and shops in Tamatsukuri.
If more people could like Tamatsukuri.

We've found many new things in spite of living here.
Where did the name "Tamatsukuri" come from?
Where are historic spots?

We should know more about the place we are.
If we can change our city to be up-and-coming,
this is in return for all it has done for us.

昨日晴れたと思ったら今日も雨だ〜。。。
またカラッと晴れるのはいつになるほかな〜？

昨日は夏至って知ってた？
由苑のある結という建物でキャンドルナイトしたじょ〜☆
二胡、三味線、太鼓のライブもありました。

小さい炎が集まるととっても幻想的で...
たくさんの人が集まってそれぞれの時間を共に過ごす夜・・・
夏はみんなでワイワイできるから楽しい！

フランスからのゲストも一緒にキャンドルナイト。

キャンドルナイトが終わってからゲストの方たちがぞくぞくと帰宅。
その余韻で昨日はみんな遅くまでにぎわってたな〜。。

オーストラリアからのゲストはニ胡に挑戦！笑
結構上手にできててびっくり。

今日も楽しい一日に感謝☆




Rainy season has come...

Yesterday was the summer solstice, so we celebrate it with many candles!
Candles are very beautiful.

Some performers who play japanese traditional instruments came to our house .
Their concert was also fantastic!!!

Local people and our guests had a good time togather☆

I hope we had suce a wonderful event again!!!

同じくNew スタッフのとくでございます。はじめまして〜

今日は１４泊してくれた関西弁ペラペラのゲストの方が東京へと旅立ちまして・・・
「ほな、またくるわ、ありがとうな」。と重い荷物と共に旅立つ彼に・・・「ほなまたね」

今日は台湾からの親子が旅を終え母国へと旅立ちまして・・・
笑顔で「ありがとう」と言ってくれる子供たちに・・・「サイチエン」

たくさんのsee you があればたくさんのhello もあるのです☆
今日もまた新たなゲストのみなさんが由苑に足を運んでくれます。

由苑は毎日が素敵な出会いです。
人ってあったかいんだな〜と実感できる場所。。。
ここに来てくれる人たちみんながそう思える場所にしたいな〜
みんながいつでも帰ってこれるような場所。。

素敵な出会いに今日も感謝☆


Hi, This is Yumi.

One of our guests who stayed our house for 2 weeks left our house today.
He said good bye and see you soon with perfect Osaka dialect.
I said good bye and see you soon with perfect Osaka dialect too.

Some of our guests who are family from Taiwan left our house today.
The children said Thank you in japanese.
I said see you in chinese.

Today, new guests will come this house too.
We say see you and hello every day!

Although everyone comes and goes soon, they always leave good memories in this house.
I always feel people are warmhearted.

U-en is such a happy place for me☆

朝ごはんの準備をしていると、バターがやんわりなってくる。
いやはや、暑い季節になってきましたね〜！由苑も夏モードに突入でございます！
扇風機フル回転や〜！

今日チェックアウトのお客さんに福岡の宿泊場所をきかれて
「どんなところがいいの？」ときくと

「この宿みたいなところがいいな」
と言って下さいました。

ありがたいことです。ありがとう、と思わず日本語が口からでました。


『有り難い』という言葉はもともと『めったにないことだ』という意味の言葉。
いろんな人のいろんな気持ちが、優しさが、
私たちにとって”あたりまえ”のものになってしまわないように。

そういった心がけこそが、にっぽんそのものだと思ったりします。


わらびもちを売り歩く声がします。
わらび〜もち。

買ってきてみんなで食べようかな。

日本の夏ははじまったばかりです。

In Japan, it is getting hot day by day.
Butter for breakfast get softly with temperature.

Today, I was asked by guest,
"Do you know some good hostel in Fukuoka?"

I asked him,
"what kind of hostel do you want?"

Then he answered,

"I WANT TO STAY THE HOSTEL, LIKE HERE. I LIKE THIS HOSTEL."


"ARIGATOU.
" It means thank you in Japanese. I said thank you in japanese
unconsciously.


Now ARIGATOU means only thank you, but also means
"It does not happen so often"in origin. people's kindness or politeness...
is not common things.

It is japanese way of thinking, I think.


someone sells WARABIMOCHI (bracken-stach dumpling) out side.
WARABIMOCHI is summer sweets in Japan.

I want to eat it...mmm.


The summer is comming now in Japan.

夢は寮のおばちゃん！超世話好きなのになぜか超天然、、“とくちゃん”。
将来は由苑歯科を建設してくれるらしい、、ナイスガイ“なっかーさー”。
京都フリークなのになぜココに？関西弁を目下勉強中。少年A“けいち”。
現在はヒッチハイクで日本縦断中。ぶっ飛び娘“さっちん”。

これからも、由苑ファミリーをどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
